Biography
Victoria Soto Estremera is a fellow in the Bridge to the Doctorate Program. Prior to coming to UVA, she was a Mellon Mays Undergraduate Fellow and graduated from the University of Puerto Rico (UPR) with a BA in History. Her work examines gender relationships, U.S. imperialism, and criminality in twentieth-century Latin America and Caribbean.
