Lawfare recently published Professor Philip Zelikow's essay,“ A Practical Path to Condemn and Disqualify Donald Trump." In the essay, Zelikow discusses how Congress might hold former president Donald J. Trump accountable for his role in undermining the recent election and inciting the January 6th insurrection at the Capitol.
