Biography

Ryan Singsank is a PhD student in international history. His research explores the diplomatic, military, and security relationships between the United States and Western Europe. Ryan's current projects examine competing visions for the future of Europe's security architecture during the transition from the Cold War to the post-Cold War era. As part of his work, Ryan conducts extensive archival research on both sides of the Atlantic and is committed to incorporating newly declassified and underutilized sources. Previously, Ryan was a Research Associate at the O’Brien Notre Dame International Security Center (ONDISC) at the University of Notre Dame, where he assisted with the Hans J. Morgenthau Fellowship.
